Important business policies
We are a growing business and time is very important to us - both yours and ours. Please regard our policies when booking.
All bookings require a credit or debit card to be stored on file. It’s important to note that this card will only be charged for direct violation of our late cancellation and no-show policies, listed below.
Late cancellation policy: We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation for all appointments. All cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $75 fee. If you’re able to reschedule, as apposed to cancelling, the $75 fee will be waived.
No-show policy: All no-shows are subject to a $75 charge.
Procedures on minors: Any procedures performed on a minor require signed consent from their legal parent or guardian, provided upon arrival or at the time of booking via our consent forms.
Consultations required for some procedures: Consultations may be required for certain procedures before we can proceed with treatment. These procedures include, but are not limited to, Microblading, Hair Transplants, and Hair Restoration. These consultations are bookable online or via phone call.
Charge for certain consultations: Our practitioners charge for some of our consultations, specifically our Hair Transplant and Hair Restoration consults. These consultations require a thorough exam of the patient and are heavily focused on educating both parties on all factors regarding treatment(s). For Hair Restoration in particular, the $50 charge is waived if you receive same-day treatment.
Cosmetic treatments are elective aesthetic procedures. These treatments are voluntary procedures and cannot be billed to insurance. Payment for all treatments and services are due at the time of the treatment. Financial/payment plans are possible through our partnership with CareCredit. All treatments are final sale. There are no refunds or credits issued for any treatments or services.
Product sales: All skin care retail product sales (both prescription and non-prescription) are final and non-refundable. In case of documented allergic reactions or clearly defective products exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase for skin care product credit only, per management approval.
