Andrea Thayer
MSN, APRN
I was born and raised in western Kansas. Growing up on a farm, I learned the value of hard work, honesty, perseverance, and the importance of truly caring for one another. Over the years, I have realized overcoming adversity builds character.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Newman University with my BSN, I decided to begin my career in the NICU. I gained 9 years of experience as an RN and Clinical Coordinator of the Education Department at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
After my years in the NICU, I chose to further my education at the University of Colorado - Anschutz Medical Campus where I received my MSN, APRN in 2013 and graduated Magna Cum Laude, and I was also the student representative of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners-Colorado Chapter. Since then, I have gained experience in several different clinical settings including family practice, neurology, psychiatry, and dermatology.
Most recently, I was incredibly lucky to be one of the select few Practitioners to be accepted into Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery’s elite 6-month fellowship program, from which I successfully graduated, and thereafter secured a position with ADCS in Heathrow, FL. I am currently a triple Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Aesthetics & Procedural Medicine. As a Provider, I currently hold over 15 individual certifications in aesthetics, health & wellness and I’m just getting started!
I am incredibly passionate about seeking out and obtaining sophisticated training and certifications in every treatment and procedure I offer in my practice. I have always been committed to bettering my education and skill set, and I take great pride in knowing that under my care I am able to offer the most cutting edge, safe, and effective evidence-based care and treatments for my clients as they deserve nothing short of the best!
In 2023, I made the decision to do what I have been dreaming of my whole life, opening my own Aesthetic Medical Spa. Aside from my faith, through hard work and dedication, I owe my success not only to my achievements, but to my mentors, instructors, colleagues, and fearless support system who have been by my side and have helped mold me into the person and provider that I am today. But most importantly, I owe an exceptional amount of gratitude to all the patients for whom I have cared for throughout my career that have taught me an enormous amount as well!
In life I’m a mother to one incredible daughter and three furry babies! I’m a wife to Jerod, who is an entrepreneur in the transportation industry. As a family we love traveling, scuba diving, and wake surfing.
Kimberly Beers
I am an accounting, finance, and HR professional with over 30 years of experience, most of which has been in the transportation and consulting industries. I have experience in both start-up companies and established companies. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Regis University.
I was honored in 2023, when Andrea asked me to partner with her in Exclusive Med Aesthetics. My responsibilities will not stop with accounting, but I will ensure our clients and employees have the best experience, with a seamless process.
My husband, Michael, and I are also real estate investors and entrepreneurs. I have a daughter named Holly and a perfect grandson named Luke.
In my free time I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with my family.
Taylor Dunn
Licensed Esthetician
I’m a licensed esthetician with dual credentials in South Carolina and Florida. I'm a Myrtle Beach, SC native and moved to Orlando in 2023. I've been fully immersed in the medspa industry since 2020, channeling my passion for skincare into helping people feel comfortable in their own skin and resolving their skin issues. Beyond the basics, I've delved into specialized techniques, becoming certified in microblading in 2021. For me, education is an ongoing adventure. I'm constantly keeping up with the latest advancements and industry trends.
Before finding my niche in med aesthetics, I studied Health Promotion and Communications at Coastal Carolina University. I also worked in restaurant management for many years, where I honed my knack for customer satisfaction and attention to detail. I also studied photography for a short while, and still hold a passion for it.
When I'm not in the treatment room, you can find me in the company of my family. We love to spend time at Disney and Universal, and driving to the Gulf to enjoy the beach.
Samantha Hart
Licensed Esthetician
I am better known as Sam, I was born and raised here in Central Florida. For 15 years, I dedicated myself to working in early childhood education as a VPK/preschool teacher, shaping the minds of future generations with patience, care, and creativity. However, after years in the education field, I realized I was ready for a career change. Driven by my passion for self-care, beauty, and wellness, I decided to pursue a new path and returned to school to become a licensed esthetician. I graduated from Florida Dermal Institute with PCA Skin certifications in dermaplaning, chemical peels and advanced protocols.
Now, I am thriving in my new career, where I can combine love for helping others with my knowledge of skincare and beauty. Balancing my professional life with my personal life, I am also a loving wife and mother, with my daughter being my greatest joy.
When I am not at the med spa, I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether it is soaking up the sun at the beach, relaxing by the pool, my daughter’s soccer games or going for walks with our two dogs. I am also an avid reader and enjoy losing myself in a good book, all while cherishing the beautiful Florida lifestyle I have always known.
Emma Thayer
Graphic Designer & Media Manager
I am a visual artist with a passion for various genres of art. I have had the honor of being the Lead Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager at Exclusive Med Aesthetics since November 2023. I create the beautiful content you see on our social media platforms and website! Capturing the love between Andrea and her patients is something I will never get tired of. We truly change lives at Exclusive Med Aesthetics, and I am blessed to be able to capture and share those experiences with others.
Outside of Exclusive Med Aesthetics, I am currently a Game Design student at the University of Central Florida. I have worked as a freelance photographer doing engagement, graduation, family, and portrait photography since 2020. Additionally, I am a live Caricature Artist at the Disney Parks and Resorts providing live entertainment for Disney guests. I have been drawing live caricatures and other cartooning since 2022. Most recently, I have had the opportunity to work for PB&J Studios photographing weddings.
In my free time, I enjoy wake surfing, working out, going to Disney, and spending time with my friends and family!
Aiden Rose
Medical Assistant
I am currently a Medical Assistant at Exclusive Med Aesthetics. I have a diverse background in many various fields such as, property management, the restaurant industry, and now medical spas. Throughout all these endeavors however, I have always held a passion for serving others and helping them achieve the results they are looking for.
I am also currently a student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Photonics Engineering and minoring in Business. I always strive to learn the most I can in all fields and am always finding new opportunities for growth.
When not at work or school, I look forward to spending time with my family. With a family of 12, there is always something to look forward to or catch up on.
Doug Hernandez
Master Hair Transplant Technician
Doug is a master hair transplant technician with over 18 years of experience in both FUE and FUT procedures. He began his career with Medical Hair Restoration and soon became an independent contractor. Doug has worked internationally in Belgium, Italy, Mexico City, and across Canada, and he continues to travel domestically from the West Coast to the East Coast.
Recognized for his excellence both globally and nationally, Doug is one of the most respected and talented providers in the hair transplant industry. When he is not farming for hair follicles, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
