Andrea Thayer
MSN, APRN
I was born and raised in western Kansas. Growing up on a farm, I learned the value of hard work, honesty, perseverance, and the importance of truly caring for one another. Over the years, I have realized overcoming adversity builds character.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Newman University with my BSN, I decided to begin my career in the NICU. I gained 9 years of experience as an RN and Clinical Coordinator of the Education Department at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
After my years in the NICU, I chose to further my education at the University of Colorado - Anschutz Medical Campus where I received my MSN, APRN in 2013 and graduated Magna Cum Laude, and I was also the student representative of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners-Colorado Chapter. Since then, I have gained experience in several different clinical settings including family practice, neurology, psychiatry, and dermatology.
Most recently, I was incredibly lucky to be one of the select few Practitioners to be accepted into Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery’s elite 6-month fellowship program, from which I successfully graduated, and thereafter secured a position with ADCS in Heathrow, FL. I am currently a triple Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Aesthetics & Procedural Medicine. As a Provider, I currently hold over 15 individual certifications in aesthetics, health & wellness and I’m just getting started!
I am incredibly passionate about seeking out and obtaining sophisticated training and certifications in every treatment and procedure I offer in my practice. I have always been committed to bettering my education and skill set, and I take great pride in knowing that under my care I am able to offer the most cutting edge, safe, and effective evidence-based care and treatments for my clients as they deserve nothing short of the best!
In 2023, I made the decision to do what I have been dreaming of my whole life, opening my own Aesthetic Medical Spa. Aside from my faith, through hard work and dedication, I owe my success not only to my achievements, but to my mentors, instructors, colleagues, and fearless support system who have been by my side and have helped mold me into the person and provider that I am today. But most importantly, I owe an exceptional amount of gratitude to all the patients for whom I have cared for throughout my career that have taught me an enormous amount as well!
In life I’m a mother to one incredible daughter and three furry babies! I’m a wife to Jerod, who is an entrepreneur in the transportation industry. As a family we love traveling, scuba diving, and wake surfing.
Kimberly Beers
Managing Partner
I am an accounting, finance, and HR professional with over 30 years of experience, most of which has been in the transportation and consulting industries. I have experience in both start-up companies and established companies. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Regis University.
I was honored in 2023, when Andrea asked me to partner with her in Exclusive Med Aesthetics. My responsibilities will not stop with accounting, but I will ensure our clients and employees have the best experience, with a seamless process.
My husband, Michael, and I are also real estate investors and entrepreneurs. I have a daughter named Holly and two perfect grandkids named Luke and Charlotte.
In my free time I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with my family.
Tammy Dragon
Hormone & Wellness Provider, PA-C
Tammy Dragon, is Physician Assistant with 17 years in the medical and wellness field. She has extensive experience in clinical research, surgery, and emergency medicine. Tammy is dedicated to elevating your wellness journey through expert hormone optimization. With a background in personal training and figure competition, she brings a unique blend of medical knowledge and wellness to help you look, feel, and function at your absolute best.
Tammy practices what she preaches and enjoys weight lifting, tennis, nature and living life to the fullest. She loves supporting local businesses and attending tribute band concerts. She studies peptides, supplements and you can always ask her what her current favorites are!
As part owner of a natural market, Tammy is committed to holistic health, vitality and longevity for her community. She is known for her compassion towards others, personalized care and attentive listening. Tammy strives to inspire positive energy and well-being in every aspect of life.
Selina Sanchez
Aesthetic Injectior, MSN, APRN
Registered nurse with experience in plastic surgery and dermatology. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and completed nursing degree at ECPI University. I graduated from SEU as a nurse practitioner with a focus on cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
I’m passionate about the art we can create through aesthetics—enhancing natural beauty and helping people feel confident inside and out. For me, it’s about more than appearance, it’s about empowerment and self-love.
Outside of work, I’m most at peace in nature. I love adventuring with my husband, whether it’s hiking a trail or discovering a new national park. I’m a dog mom to a sweet pup named Lola. I love attending hot yoga classes, spending time with family, and keeping it simple.
Danishka Chamorro
I’m a licensed esthetician and certified medical assistant with four years of experience in the medical field, specifically in aesthetics and dermatology. My passion for skincare began with my own struggle with acne. After feeling unheard and unsupported, I decided to pursue esthetics to truly understand the skin and learn how to heal my own. That journey led me to helping others feel confident, educated, and cared for.
I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where every patient feels understood—no matter their skin challenges. As a medical assistant, I love supporting providers to ensure each patient feels comfortable, valued, and fully taken care of throughout their visit.
Outside of work, I love keeping life simple, spending time with loved ones, and continuing to grow my knowledge in all things skincare and aesthetics.

LesaMarie Filmer
Lymphatic Massage Therapist & MA
LesaMarie Filmer is a licensed massage therapist specializing in lymphatic drainage therapy. She utilizes evidence-based, gentle techniques to support lymphatic function, reduce edema, and promote the body’s natural healing processes.
With a compassionate approach and a strong clinical foundation, LesaMarie takes time to understand each patient’s unique needs and creates individualized treatment plans designed to optimize comfort and recovery. She is deeply committed to providing professional, patient-centered care in a calm and supportive environment, helping clients feel both heard and cared for throughout their healing journey.
Outside of her practice, LesaMarie is a devoted mother to two amazing sons.
Emma Thayer
Graphic Designer & Media Manager
I have had the honor of being the Lead Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager at Exclusive Med Aesthetics since November 2023. I create the beautiful content you see on our social media platforms and website! Capturing the love between Andrea and her patients is something I will never get tired of. We truly change lives at Exclusive Med Aesthetics, and I am blessed to be able to capture and share those experiences with others.
Outside of Exclusive Med Aesthetics, I am currently a Game Design student at the University of Central Florida. I have worked as a freelance photographer doing engagement, graduation, family, and portrait photography since 2020. Additionally, I am a Caricature Artist at the Disney World Parks and Resorts providing live entertainment for Disney guests. I have been drawing live caricatures and other cartooning since 2022. Most recently, I have had the opportunity to work for PB&J Studios photographing weddings since 2024.
In my free time, I enjoy wake surfing, working out, painting, going to Disney, and spending time with my friends and family!
Aiden Rose

I am currently a Medical Assistant at Exclusive Med Aesthetics. I have a diverse background in many various fields such as, property management, the restaurant industry, and now medical spas. Throughout all these endeavors however, I have always held a passion for serving others and helping them achieve the results they are looking for.
I am also currently a student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Photonics Engineering and minoring in Business. I always strive to learn the most I can in all fields and am always finding new opportunities for growth.
When not at work or school, I look forward to spending time with my family. With a family of 12, there is always something to look forward to or catch up on.
MilyBeth Rodriguez
Medical Assistant
With a genuine passion for client wellness, I am a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant committed to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I bring a caring touch to every client interaction, ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and confident throughout their treatment experience.
I moved from Pennsylvania where I gained experience at multiple med spas. With hands-on experience assisting in a wide range of facial treatments, skincare services, and spa operations, I pride myself on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client care. I work seamlessly alongside licensed estheticians to prepare treatment rooms, assist during services, manage client flow, and uphold a calm, organized spa atmosphere.
My care comes from having two kids and giving them their best life. I have worked extensively in the restaurant business focusing on customers and managing the menus, supply ordering, and helping design the menus based on customer feedback.
What truly sets me apart is my compassionate nature and attention to detail. I believe that exceptional care goes beyond technique—it’s about trust, comfort, and personalized care. My goal is always to enhance each client’s experience while supporting the success of of our team.
Theadora Rorke

I’m a Medical Assistant at Exclusive Med Aesthetics who is deeply passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Currently in nursing school, I’m constantly inspired to keep learning and growing so I can better support every patient I serve. I strive to create a welcoming, uplifting space where people feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for — inside and out.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me spending time with Jesus, catching waves on my surfboard, or enjoying a cozy board-game night with friends.
Doug Hernandez
Master Hair Transplant Technician
Doug is a master hair transplant technician with over 18 years of experience in both FUE and FUT procedures. He began his career with Medical Hair Restoration and soon became an independent contractor. Doug has worked internationally in Belgium, Italy, Mexico City, and across Canada, and he continues to travel domestically from the West Coast to the East Coast.
Recognized for his excellence both globally and nationally, Doug is one of the most respected and talented providers in the hair transplant industry. When he is not farming for hair follicles, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
